BizTech IT was founded in 2001 by David Erenboim - a born entrepreneur with a passion for IT. David established his first successful IT businesses at just 19 years of age.
In early 2001, David had a vision for an IT support and service company that prioritises simple and honest customer communication. He knew that for many people in business, IT can be overwhelming and confusing. And he knew that to be successful in this industry, earning and retaining client trust is paramount.
So BizTech IT was born with a very clear and simple point of difference: to communicate meaningfully with its clients. And to this day, we stay focussed on talking to our clients on their level. We view businesses from a commercial perspective, rather than a technical one.
Starting out with a few core clients in the finance industry, BizTech IT quickly entrenched itself as the IT partner of choice for many Melbourne-based accounting firms.
And we achieved this with virtually no proactive marketing.
We quickly discovered the enormous power of word-of-mouth referrals. Our strong and growing reputation led us to diversify and firmly establish ourselves in other industry sectors including real estate, legal and medical. And now many others.
Up until today, many of our clients today are the same businesses that trusted us in the early days. We have enjoyed watching these businesses grow over the years - helping them with the right advice and support along the way.
Today, BizTech IT has 12 permanent staff in Melbourne and Sydney. We are a proud team of talented business professionals who share David's passion for IT - and support his vision for simple and honest customer communication.
